Now, if you haven't heard of this, no sweat. The Johari Window is like your secret weapon for understanding yourself and how you interact with others. It's split into four parts, each shedding light on different aspects of who you are and how you operate:

Open Area: This is your sweet spot – stuff you know about yourself, and others do too. Think of it as your reputation in the business. You want this zone to be top-notch, showcasing your skills and what makes you stand out from the crowd.

Blind Spot: Here's where things get interesting. This is what others see in you that you might not notice yourself. Feedback is your friend here. Listen up, because there might be areas where you can level up that you didn't even realize.
