Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Purchase Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing materials from Mowtivated Media LLC (DBA Lawntrepreneur Academy) and its associated sites on various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, and YouTube (collectively, the "Sites"). Please carefully read both these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and Mowtivated Media LLC (DBA Lawntrepreneur Academy) ("Company") regarding the purchase of video webinar content, website content, and printable materials (referred to as the "Program" or "Program Materials"). This agreement encompasses the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy, collectively referred to as the "Agreement." In case of any conflict between these documents regarding your purchase, the Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions, and the Terms of Use shall prevail over the Privacy Policy. Your purchase of the product implies your agreement to these terms.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The Lawntrepreneur Academy LINK Membership is priced at $29 per month or $299 per year. All prior pricing from our programs follows the same rules. Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal. Upon purchase, you will receive a username and password for single-user access. Monthly or yearly subscriptions automatically renew, and you can cancel at any time through the settings or by emailing [email protected] 5 days before renewal. Yearly memberships are charged upfront, grant access for 365 consecutive days, and do not allow pausing. Failure to cancel a yearly subscription results in automatic renewal.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For payment plans, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your credit card or debit card according to the specified terms. In the case of declined payments, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly to avoid program access removal.

2. REFUND POLICY

A 30-day Money Back Guarantee is offered. If unsatisfied with the LINK Membership within the first 30 days, send an email to [email protected] for an immediate refund.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Program's content, including videos, coursework, lesson plans, and more (collectively, "Product Content"), is proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or uploading of Product Content constitutes infringement, and the Company will pursue legal action as allowed by law. Products are provided for personal, noncommercial use, and any use must comply with this Agreement. Modifying, copying, reproducing, or distributing Product Content without explicit authorization is prohibited.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES

The Company may provide links to third-party materials and websites for convenience, but it does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of third-party content. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of third-party sites.

5. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee specific results or earnings. Users accept full responsibility for their progress and results. Limitation of liability is specified in case of any claims arising from the use of the Products.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GOVERNING LAW: The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be determined in accordance with these laws, with venue in the District Court of Teton County, Wyoming.

BINDING EFFECT: The Agreement is binding on the Parties and their successors, executors, heirs, representatives, administrators, and permitted assigns.

TERMINATION: The Company may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Products for non-compliance. Obligations survive expiration or termination.

MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS: The Company reserves the right to modify the Agreement with immediate effect, and continued use implies acceptance of changes.

INDEMNIFICATION: Both Parties agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from liabilities and expenses arising from a breach of the Agreement.

BINDING ARBITRATION: All claims and disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, or another mutually agreeable location.

EQUITABLE RELIEF: In case of intellectual property breach, the Company is entitled to injunctive relief.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and is binding on the Parties. Compliance with laws is mandatory, and any waiver must be in writing.

CONSENT TO USE POSTED CONTENT: Shared content in the Lawntrepreneur Academy LINK Facebook community may be used in promotional materials by the Company.

The unauthorized use of Mowtivated Media LLC (DBA Lawntrepreneur Academy) Trademarks is prohibited.
